How to swap NTH to T3 only meds

I'm currently taking 3 1/2 gr. Naturethroid. My last rt3 ratio was 16.8 in May 09. I'm going in for another RT3/ft3 work up Monday but I know it's an RT3 issue. I dose up and my temps go up but suddenly dump down into the 95 - 97's so not getting into cells. Taking 25 mg HC too. So, at 3 1/2 gr. NT what doses of T3 should I ask the doc to put me on and suggestions of how to ramp up/take T3 would be appreciated.thanks, Kem in Eugene <º)))><
