Guest guest
I don't know if this helps -- but I have experienced exactly the same kind of tightness in my right chest. I have found there is a correlation with my T3 dose. When I lowered my dose, the tightness decreased -- it may take a day or so of decreased dose for it to go away. I am starting week 5 of T3 only and am finding that 20-25 mcg of Cytomel per day is all I can tolerate before tightness returns and sometimes pulse and temp increase. I am going to get my Ferritin levels checked (if it ever stops snowing on the East Coast to see if this has anything to do with my low tolerance. I drank some sea salt water and ate dinner and it went away... This morning, I felt the same thing- drank the sea salt water and ate breakfast and the feeling in my chest is coming and going... It is not 'pain'... It just feels like a tightness... It is enough to bother me.I also just started my period... Not sure if there is any correlation to this...My pulse is normal and so far my temperature is 98.7 right now... I am not sure if I need to be doing anything else?? Guest guest
When you first start your period, progesterone is the LOWEST of the entire month. This causes aldosterone to be lwoer. I woudl htink salt is what you need. Or more adrneal support. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
So, you think it is ok to keep taking the same T3 doses for a few days and just increase my salt/water to a couple times a day and see how that goes? > > When you first start your period, progesterone is the LOWEST of the > entire month.
