Iron type/dosage question

I am currently taking iron(Ferrous Sulfate)and I've decided to change to the

Bluebonnet brand iron. My question is how these two different iron supplements

are considered equal in dosage. In other words if I am currently taking 65mg of

Iron (equivalent to 325mg ferrous sulfate) what dosage of the bluebonnet brand

(iron bisglycinate)would be the equivalent to the brand and type that I have

been taking? Would I have to take 65mg or 325mg of the Bluebonnet to equal my

current dose? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
