Guest guest
Nick...thanks. I started charting my temps yesterday, so I'll see how that goes. Something I have noticed is that my temperature goes down significantly with any type of activity. Like it can go from 97.4 to 96.6 if I walk up the stairs. I haven't been able to do any real exercise lately so haven't tested it after exercising for a period of time, but I thought it was odd that it would drop so much just from going up the stairs. Seems like if anything it should go up after physical activity. Too bad my doctors doesn't understand adrenal fatigue. --Steph > > >I just want to be sure that I know what to look for since the symptoms of hypothyroid are so closely related to adrenal fatigue. > > The most telling symptom of adrenal issues is temperature. > > If you monitor your temperature 3 times a day and graph the averages > you will find instability if your adrenals are low > > The first link on this page gives you the times and instructions for > average temperature monitoring > > http://thyroid-rt3.com/adrenals.htm > > You will find a lot more about what temperature can tell you here > > http://thyroid-rt3.com/temperat.htm > > Nick > > -- > > for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to > > www.thyroid-rt3.com > > > > Nick >
