Dr Chiu, Thanks!! and a couple of questions

Dear Dr. Chiu,

Thanks so much for your advice a couple of weeks ago. I took the abstract

of the article you referred me to in to my doctor, and he is going to give

me either Clarithromycin or Zithromax. He thinks we should do the testing

and find out what species we're dealing with, but he's finally going to do

it! Thanks for your suggestion--I'm sure it was Nicolson's work that

convinced him.

He would like me to get dosing information for the Clarithromycin. I am

going to give him whatever I can find on Dr. Nicolson's site, but would also

like to hear your recommendations. I am on tetracycline now, having had bad

reactions to minocycline and doxycycline. Would you add the Clarithromycin,

or substitute it for Tetracycline? What dosage would you use? Do I need to

start low, and build up the dose? Thank you!

Now for a few more questions of great import...How's the weather down

there--is it too warm to ship chocolates? Is the Wakefield Clinic the

proper address? Milk or dark; with or without nuts? Is there any

restriction on shipping foodstuffs from California to New Zealand? Liz G
