Val or Nick, please can you help me:

I've been doing ok with dosing 12.5, 12.5, 12.5, 7.5 of t3, taking my first dose

around 12 p.m after I've already fed my body two doses of hc.

I've been tracking temps and pulse, my temps are stable after taking t3, the

temps do not decrease, which tells me I have enough hc to handle the amounts of

t3 per dose.

This morning I decided (after yesterday's falling asleep out of the blue at 7

p.m. with a severe exhaustion; not sure it was due to my body needing more t3 or

due to my recent weaning off the high amounts of hc).

So this morning I decided that after my 7:45 a.m. dose of 15 mg hc I took a 12.5

dose of t3 at 8 a.m. then went outside in this bitter cold to take my son to

school.

Came home, waited a few minutes, rested, took my temps (it's an hour since I

took my 12.5 t3) and my temp is 95.7. What a drop!

Is it due to the cold? Was it a mistake to take t3 in the morning? Does this

prove I don't have enough hc in my body to support a morning dose of 12.5 t3?

I also have rages today and wondering if it's related.

I also took 4 mg klonopin and 4 mg lorazepam to fall asleep last night (didn't

help until 2 a.m., so maybe the rage and irritability is due to lack of sleep?)

blood glucose upon awakening was 81, which seems fine. Yesterday it was 99, so

it seems basal blood glucose is not a steady thing around here.

I appreciate any input or insight you can offer me1

Thanks so much!
