Guest guest
Welcome to the list Isla, > hi i forgot to tell you that paris cant have cows milk as we find > that he dosent get many fits so he is on goats milk and he hasnt had > a fit since aug so he cant have cheese youghts anything with milk in > only on speacil occains. On the diet you have the option of using goat's milk to make 24 hour yogurt. We don't use liquid milk (except homemade nut milk) because it has too much lactose. All the instructions for this can be found at http://pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html#makepic http://pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html#make http://pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html#start http://pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html#goatcow More links for getting started on the diet. http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#transition http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#intro http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#beyond http://pecanbread.com/recipes.html http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#menu Sheila 46 mos SCD, 20 yrs UC mom of SCD 31 mos
Guest guest
Hi , I am UD as well and it took over 3 years for me because we kept trying in the larger uterus (which was the uterus that was used during natural intercourse). Finally after 2 failed IVF's in this side, he did an IUI in the small side and it worked! So, keep that in mind when talking to your RE. Good luck, > >Reply-To: MullerianAnomalies >To: MullerianAnomalies >Subject: Hi! >Date: Thu, 23 Dec 2004 17:48:55 -0000 > > >I am really excited to find this group! Guest guest
Hello, I am new to the web site. I was just recently (a couple weeks ago)diagnosed with Celiac. I am pretty depressed about it, dont mean to be a cryer but all the foods I love are now off limits. This sucks. I am also a single mom who is surviving on $800 a month, I am only able to work part time due to health problems. I went to the store to get GF bread and it was $5 for a small loaf!!! I have no idea how I am going to do this. The GF foods are so much more expensive than regular. I had never even heard of Celiac Disease before. My doctor gave me the basics but admits she does not know much about it, she reccomended going on the internet to find info and support so here I am. I read somewhere about a enzyme you can take that allows you to cheat on the diet, if anyone has experience with this PLEASE, PLEASE tell me all about it!! I am also interested in any tips anyone has. This is a really good site I have copied down alot of recipes I want to try. Nice to see I am not the only one going through this. Guest guest
Hey —we all understand the shock of higher prices and the heartache of this new restricted diet. I really hope that CD is your major problem and that you’ll soon feel so much better you’ll become a money earning wonder! The library is your other important resource. The Gluten Free Bible might be a good start because Jax Lowell has such a relentless sense of humor—just what you need right now. There are lots of other choices as well. Always remember that if the source is more than a couple of years old, there might be updated information. The enzyme you’ve read about is not something available right now. There is evidently some research happening somewhere… Don’t count on it. Fall in love with fruits and vegetables and lean meats and rice. You’ll eat better than you ever have. I’m also working toward lowering my food budget while eating gf (and also dairy free here). Tips come through here all the time on great deals and cheaper alternatives. Stay tuned, and good luck. Guest guest
Thank you! I will definitely check my library or maybe even eBay for that book. It is just hard because no one I know has ever heard of this and I feel like a freak. It means a lot to find this group and know I am not alone and other people actually understand!! I really hope they are right about the diagnosis.. the biopsy they did showed very damaged villi so they are pretty confident. I have spent LOTS of the last 4 years in the hospital and have been tested for everything under the sun more than once. One plus is it is a relief to finally know what is wrong with me instead of being so sick in the hospital for a week or two every three months and all the doctors keep saying we don't know.Laurie Bilyeu wrote: Hey —we all understand the shock of higher prices and the heartache of this new restricted diet.
