Guest guest
After my 10 mintue walk this late evening, I felt a pain in the heart, like the heart stopped for 2 seconds then kept beating. Not like a skipped beat. This was different. Is this low thyroid? And what can I do to improve on things asap? Take more T3? Wait for Ferritin to get higher? Maybe try excercising for 5 mins at a time several times a day. You are also timing it badly, your cortisol levels are higher in the mornings, this is the time to excercise to start with rather than when the levels are lower in the evening Nick
