Should I increasing T3 tonight and how?

If I do 5 mcg T3, 10 times daily, for 50 mcg of T3... Can I increase my last dose so that it becomes 10 mcg under the tongue instead of 5? or what? Nick? Val?Heart feels bad now. It's painful. Pulse low 70s. Temp: 98.6 F (37.0 C)I feel like...... MAYBE I need to increase T3. If my FT3 is top range, can that be bad when not enough T3 is getting utilized due to for example too low Ferritin? Or is it ONLY BAD when I have a VERY high FT3 of 10++? I had FT3 of 16 and it gave me heart fibrillation!I feel bad!
