Guest guest
Thanks so much Nick. No it is not a misprint. Back last April my TSH was 104 so it has come down. HOw do I bring balance to this mess? Since this is evidently an adrenal issue should I start lowering my T3 compound? Right now the doctor and the pharmacist are not sure how to treat me. I feel like crying. I feel like crying. How much T3 are you on? what else are you on? How long have you been on T3. The labs make more sense since you are on T3, your original post didn't mention that. Can you put the reference ranges to these labs? >Here are my results. > >TSH 38.44 >T4 Thyroxine Total <0.7 >Free T4 0.3 >Free T3 575 > >Thyroid Peroxdase Antibodies >1000 >Ferritin 151 >Reverse T3 <5 The high TSH despite the good FT3 seems VERY strange and possibly points to Pituitary issues or Hypothalamus issues about which I know very little. There is a discussion of the thyroid system here that might help http://www.endocrineweb.com/tests.html Can you fill me in on a bit more of the history of where you have come from and how you feel plus pulse, temperatures, etc. Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
