Ticklish feeling in the heart..

Had it last time I was on T3, early 2008, not when I was not on T3 til December 2008, and now it's back again. It comes and goes, but I can feel it every day. Especially since I increased T3 to 45 mcg, it's been with me. I am not on 50 mcg T3 daily. And I was wonder.. Has anyone else than me felt something like this? It scares me all the time cause this is the feeling I felt when my heart started shaking instead of beating (whatever that was, some kind of fibrillation or extreme tachycardia!) back in January 2008. My pulse is ok at 75-80, normally these days, and my temp is ok too at 98.6 F (37.0 C). Anyone got any ideas? Could this simply just be too low Ferritin? But what would the mechanism be? Why do I get this feeling? And what is it? I am taking 35 mg HC daily so I doubt it's low cortisol.I was taken to the ER in an ambulance a few

days ago. They found nothing but a sliughtly irregular pulse and teporarily elevated BP due to stress. I was sent home.
