Latest labs have me confused

Remember I was freaking over the heart flutterings a few days ago?

Back history:

I was on 2 grains Erfa and 25mcg Cytomel for a few weeks and my RT3 went away

and FT3 was 5.4 and over my labs range. But my FT4 was below range at that test.

WHy? Pooling?

Then I was told to wean off the Cytomel as RT3 good and to increase slowly on

the Erfa.

I got down and off the T3 and stayed 2 grains Erfa all the time and last week I

raised 1/2 grain of Erfa. I had good temps stable and normal all day for 6 days,

then the temps dropped at times and the heart fluttering began.

I backed off the 1/2 grain and even another 1 grain for two days before this lab

test done yesterday. These are the results:

FT4: .90 (.82-1.7)

FT3: 2.8 (2.0-4.4)

Ferritin: 62

D: 54.8

Progesterone 0.3

RT3 not available yet.

My doctor's assitant emailed me today and said the reason for the heart palps

was low thyroid and low sex hormones.

Here is where I'm so confused.

Why would my FT4 be in range after going down to 1 grain only 2 days before the

test, and when I was on 2 grains and 25 T3, my FT4 was very low and below the

range?

Do you think I can go back to 2 grains and then wait a week or so and try the

1/2 grain raise again and if the palps return just wait them out?

So far in the last 3 days I have done just 1 grain with 15mg Cortef and my temps

yesterday and today 98.6 almost all day. I have not been at 1 grain since I

started Jan. 09
