Guest guest
Hello I'm reposting this because my original thread was hijacked. Val, could you explain to me how I've managed to end up taking so much T3 but without increasing my temps, please? And also, how will I know when I'm on enough HC and T3? I'm so confused now and I don't know what to do. Thanks, Jane Hi Val. Thanks for replying. I'm taking a generic t3 prescribed by my uk gp. It's manufactured by Goldshield. I had some cynomel arrive today from Mexico. Should I reduce the t3 or the hc first? How will reducing either or both of these get my temps to rise? Thanks for your help, Jane > > Reduce HC. You are just takign HC to cover the stress of a high T3 > level and high T3 to cover the ibalance of high cortiosl. It is an easy > issue to slip inot. I woudl reduce BOTH T3 adn HC. Try to get doewn ot > no more than 35mg HC adn 125mcg T3. UH Before I say that what KIND of T3 > are tyou tkaing? Hello I'm on week 16 of T3 only. I'm taking huge amounts of T3 (200mcg T3 a day) but still can't get any temps over 36.3. What can be going wrong? I'm taking 40-45mg HC a day. At the week 7 mark, i had dreadful hypoglycemia so upped the HC to the 45ish I'm currently taking, and that got rid of those symptoms. If it was HC or ferritin, wouldn't I have other problems than just not being able to increase my basal temps? I don't suffer with anxiety or anything like that. I can't lose any weight and still have brain fog. My sleeping has improved. My last set of blood tests were screwed up by the clinic. They did manage to let me know my TSH was very suppressed, but that's to be expected. I'm taking the T3 every three hours and the HC every two hours. Any ideas? Thanks, Jane
