Guest guest
Visceral Fat is the "internal" or "invisible" fat that surrounds and pushes on the organs. I have gotten a huge belly in the past 8-9 months since starting on HC, but I don't blame HC alone for my belly - I think my AF-diet, which consists of a lot of protein and FAT (butter, steaks with fat, etc.) and the fact that I haven't really moved at all (sitting in my sofa most of the time due to the fact that I feel so low on energy and just plan BAD most of the time!) has resulted in more visceral fat, plus the "visible" fat on my tummy and around my waist.I am trying to schedule two MR's; One of my calcium in my veins leading into my heart, and one of my Visceral Fat.Every time I lead forward or crouch, my heart starts to beat unevenly. This MUST be from Visceral Fat. I cannot see how this can be just the fact that I am Hypo doing this to me. It must be something else. I am betting on Visceral Fat.They say I can have the scan done in the next few days, and receive the result before I go home from the clinic. Pretty neat, huh. Anyway... Does anyone out there have any knowledge about visceral fat? Here is a link about it:http://www.how-to-lose-fat-fast.com/how-to-lose-visceral-fat-fast.htmlOne problem about the AF diet is that it has a lot of fat in it. Also, when you have AF, you can't really exercise. So I don't see how I can get rid of my potential VIsceral Fat.
