PLease help with understanding lab reports

I just received my lab reports and talked with the nurse. She said that my antibodies was lower than my T3. She said that my T3 is no longer producing T4 and that was why she was asking me questions. I feel like she spoke Greek to me and I am hoping that you can help me understand. They are trying to come up with a treatment plan which scares me. Here are my results.
