Guest guest
Okay I just noticed that you mentioned Vit D at least 50. I've not heard this before and mine is lower than 50, I've been supplementing but so far I can't go higher than 75 of T3 without having a racing heart rate. My temps are all lower too 97.6. I just figured I'll never get it up. My iron and everything else is fine. Can one little thing as Vit D make this big of a difference? My vit D is 35.Louise Thanks Nick. Oddly, my pulse is lower on 112.5 mg/day of cynomel than it was on 100 mg/day (77 vs. 84) not a huge difference but I would expect just the opposite. I divide the cynomel into 5 doses. Temps taken as per Dr. Rind's graph very similar most days: 96.8/98.1/98.1 = avg 97.7. Temps always drop after exercise (sounds adrenal but I'm on 35mg HC/day). Waiting on ferritin & Vit D test results now; just got some Venofer IVs so ferritin should be 70 if not even higher. > > >Thank you Nick, it's Grossman Cynomel from Mexico. This is the highest dose I've been on, still increasing by 6.25mg every 3 days. I recently started taking it sublingually to see if that would help but there seems no difference. > > You may well not have reached your ideal dose yet then. > > The Grossman is good but "most" people need between 75 and 125 of > that. > > 125 is not a rigid upper limit, as long as you step up slowly and > watch vital signs you can go higher. I've not heard this before and mine is lower than 50 From http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/vdds.shtml >We propose Vitamin D Deficiency Syndrome (VDDS) exists when 25(OH)D levels of less than 50 ng/mL are found in patients with two or more of the following conditions: osteoporosis, heart disease, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, certain cancers, depression, chronic fatigue, or chronic pain. Have a look round their site, it makes interesting reading Nick
