Guest guest
How much is too much? My specialist tells me to only MOVE at all when I feel like it - When I have enough energy to do so. My father tells me to PUSH myself. He obviously does not know as much about Adrenal Fatigue and Hypothyroidism as my specialist. But I am not sure about this. This far I've been walking 1 trip daily. Sometimes I haven't walked for 4-5 days. In the past 2 days I've had one walking trip daily, for about 20 minutes, very relaxed walking. I feel my body is falling apart. Should I do crunches indoors? I need advie, I am clueless and suffering! I know taking HC is difficult, and with exercise, god knows how much HC I need extra. Should I stress dose after crunching for 5 minutes? This is difficult! I was exercising from 1997 to 2003. Then I stopped. I was active, traveling, working, went to school, ran after the girls etc. from 2003 til 2007. In the beginning of 2008 my life stopped and here I am today with a horrible mysterious hypo condition + AF. The question remains: What do I do now? Start exercising? - More or less INACTIVE for the last 2 whole years.
