Guest guest
Did collecting for a 24 hr urine sample at Hertoghes. I got 6 liters in 24 hours. That's 1.58 gallons (US Liquid - Did the conversion at onlineconversion . com)I mean... Wow? Isn't that a bit much? Didn't feel like I drank much at all! Hmmm! Guest guest
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003146.htm Yes it is very high but I remember oyu tellignus how much water you drink in a day and that will be reflected in urine volume. But If I were you I woudl lower the amount of fluids you are drinking as you re diluting your electrolytes too much and thta may be opart of your problems in adjusting them. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
But I didn't drink that much! I really drank less than half of that! Sure there were some liquids in the pear I ate, and I had some yoghurt and stuff like that. But.. It was really a lot! Makes me wonder.. Where does this stuff come from? :-) I do fill one 1 liter bottle every day (0.25 gallons) with water + 1 tea spoon of sea salt and sip on that throughout the day. That was a tip you gave me a couple of months ago I suppose! Instead of doing all the sea salt in one go. But should ALL the liquids I drink contain sea salt? I do drink some glasses of water with on salt in it. Plus herbal tea. And a sip of organe juice to the iron. (not a glass, just a sip! I know, carbs!) I have really cut down in how much water I drink throughout the day though. I drink less than than last year.
