I normally finish my meal in under 10 minutes if I am alone...maybe 15-20 if with others. And I also have a hard time not munching while I am fixing my meal. Even if I am just heating it up! I was wondering if any of you can share the benefits of eating slowly and some practicals that have worked for you. Or if you think it doesn't matter either way.
