Guest guest Posted February 20, 2010 Report Share Posted February 20, 2010 7am-9am(8.40): 0.55 range: 0.27-1.18 11am-1pm(12.30): 0.35 range: 0.10-0.41 3pm-5pm(4): 0.85 range: 0.05-0.27 10pm-12am(11): 0.06 range: 0.03-0.14 I would suggest some adaptogens for these levels You might need some glandulkars in the AM as there is too lwo levels to begin wiht, qnd Rhodiola mid morning and afternoon.
