Guest guest
>I just got saliva cortisol readings back and my doctor says they are fine. Opinion? These are in ng/mL >8am 4.1, Normal Range 7-10 >Noon 1.6, Normal Range 3-6 >6:30 .9, Normal Range 2-4 >10:30 .4, Normal Range <1.5 Time you got a competent doctor!! They are not " fine " , 3 out of the 4 are under range. I'll leave Val to make dosage recommendations but I would assume she will say go onto HC Nick
Guest guest
I also answeered your post onthe Adrenals group and I will beg of oyu to PLEASE no post the same quesitons to both groups. It makes it very confusing FOR ME and we cannot have ME gettign xconfused! LOL My reply 8am 4.1, Normal Range 7-10 Noon 1.6, Normal Range 3-6 6:30 .9, Normal Range 2-4 10:30 .4, Normal Range <1.5 NO these levels are NOT fine. Your AM is quite low as well as noon and PM. You could try Isocort for these numbers but I think you will probably need HC. I would NOT raise T3 more with high pulse and these levels of cortisol. Iwould tyr the Isocort first at a 5-4-3-1 dosing pattern starting first thing in the AM and every four hours with last dose at bedtime. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
