Raise from 35 to 40 mcg T3

My temp is 37.0 C (98.6 F) and my pulse is getting lower after 1 week on 35 mcg T3. Pulse is now 68. It was 84 yesterday tho. 72 earlier today. Anyway, I think I might be ready for the raise. However, should I wait with raising T3 til I take a new FT3 blood sample? Just to be sure nothing is pooling?
