Guest guest
> > Hi Val, > I just got my saliva results back this morning. To refresh your memory...I was the one having so much trouble with bloating and had thought it was the HC causing this. I also experimented with my Dhea while weaning off the HC and it ended up being the Dhea that was causing the terrible bloating. Anyway, since I was off the HC for at least two weeks I figured I would get my adrenals retested and see if I was any better off these days. Could you please take a look at my results and possibly give me a plan once again. Even though ZRT says I'm OK, I think I am still a little low per your recommendations. > > > Morning 4.2 Ok ng/ml 3.7-9.5 > > Noon 2.1 Ok ng/ml 1.2-3.0 > > Evening 0.8 Ok ng/ml 0.6-1.9 > > Night 0.2 L ng/ml 0.4-1.0 > > > I am feeling so much better these days in general but still have days where I feel less stamina and also have morning fatigue. I have also regained alot of my pain, especially the back and neck so I can only assume that I must be needing more HC or some type of adrenal support. I am currently taking 93.75mcg Cytomel. My temps have been better lately than ever before however I still deal with some of the cold feelings, especially my hands and feet. Maybe the T3 not getting into the cells. My hair and skin is much improved. Ferritin, B-12 and Vit D levels are alright. I'd appreciate your thoughts. > > > Thank You! > > >

I say that as there is not swinging rythm here which is wonderful and means HPA is workign pretty much as it should. I woudl try Isocort NOT HC with these labs and in a very light dosing as they are trying to come back and some encouragement is needed here. Maybe dosing a 3-2-2-1 dose with Isocort is all you need and dontinue to get the T3 qdjusted well to further releive stress. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Val, Thank you very much! I had a feeling that they were getting better since my temps have now come up so much. I will give the Isocort a try. Just one more question though. I normally take my Cytomel like this: 25 - 8am 25 10am 18.75 - 12-1pm 25 - 10-11pm(bedtime) I suppose I will not follow this schedule for my Isocort since it is am loaded?? Would I continue with a more normal pattern by taking the isocort am/noon/4pm/bed or do you suggest other times. The last thing I want to do is mess up this rhythm. Thanks again.
