Guest guest
I have been thinking about it and it is something I have no answer for. I know there are times in which people may engage in binge eating: it is so quick that you can barely tell you are already full. But this is not my concern as I know wellhow fast a binge can go. My concern is when you eat slowly and still, you know you are full and it makes your stomach unpleasant but you would still engage in more eating. Perhaps you finish a plare when you know you could save part if it for later.Or you get desert when your stomach does not need it.Or you get something else to eat an hour after you ate even though you still feel heavy and full. why do I sometimes enjoy feeling full? but it is unpleasant at the same time any ideas? thanks A
Guest guest
Geneen Roth says it says something about our concept of " enough " or " never enough. " Do you feel like you'll never get a chance to eat again, if you stop now? I have to remind myself that there will be more food, there will be a next time. Also, quitting eating means I have to go face the rest of life, which can be hard.
