Guest guest Posted May 15, 2011 Report Share Posted May 15, 2011 I have the same problem. I get really worried when I start a meal that: a. I won't be able to stop eating, b. I won't be satisfied when I stop eating because I won't be 'full enough', or c. I will be satisfied, but will get hungry soon after and won't be able to eat again (diet mentality!). After I finish eating and clean up my plate these thoughts go away though. I am still trying to figure out what I am really afraid of. I should know that I will be able to eat again later if I'm still hungry but for some reason while I am eating I don't believe myself. I guess I'm just so used to only eating specific amounts each day and trying to get in as much food for the least amount of calorie as I can. I think that this is the hardest part for me so far!
