Guest guest
Hi, Steph. It's obviously easier (for me anyway) to eat by yourself. If I'm eating out, or with others, that's where another test comes in. I am learning to throw away food, or save it for later when I'm hungry or need to eat again. It took me a while to learn to get rid of food without feeling guilty. But if I feel I want to eat, I do. Not that I'm losing weight, mind you, lol, but at least I'm more comfortable around food. I lost ten pounds immediately when I stopped eating the candy, cake and ice cream like I was in a pig trough at home. I don't miss it one iota. But it's been several weeks and I'm TRYING but have not lost virtually one ounce. And I'm 50 pounds overweight. (I was 60.) sigh. But since this year, I stopped doing it as much. The hardest thing I find is that I want to eat with the family. We have 3 kids, and 3 meals. Can I do ie and still eat with the family?
