Guest guest
Cortisol Saliva Test Low cortisol throughout the day. (Adrenal exhaustion from Lyme Disease) Thyroid Results TSH 2.150 Free T3 2.5 Free T4 1.09 rT3 311 Antibodies- normal I've been treating Lyme(for 6 months doing great!) and taking Adrenal Supplements (for 8 weeks) Adaptocrine K2 Adrenal Stim + Calm Creams Pantothenic Acid Vit C + Bioflavanoids ^^^ These have been working wonders! More energy. Insomnia is gone. My biggest concern is a couple things. 1) My remaining symptoms are low body temp, hair thin/falling out, cold cold cold hands and feet 2) I'm afraid to supplement my thyroid because my naturopath keeps telling me WAIT on your adrenals. she said it'll be like beating a dead horse if I were to supplement my thyroid right now. I'm just tired of low body temperature and my hair falling out. I know it's thyroid stuff. Can my rT3 issue solve itself with adrenal support alone? (Oh and I am taking a thyroid supplement... selenium, zinc, etc etc) Any ideas or suggestions (I'm not so certain I need synthetics... I seem to respond well to natural supplements)
