Guest guest
Dear Val, I have been feeling pretty bad in the morning. I wake up in the middle of the night hungry (inspite of two hard boiled eggs before bed) and I sleep badly until it is time to get up. Then I take my HC and T3. This improves things. After that I have a cup of coffee with agave nectar in it and I feel a little better still. Then I have a high protein breakfast (3 egg omelette with cheese and lots of sea salt) and a tsp of sea salt in hot water. Although this routine alleviates the morning " low " , it's usually lunch time until I feel OK. I have this persistent wobbly feeling inside and lightheadedness. This morning, feeling particularly low, I had two cups of sea salt water (nearly 2 teaspoons). And the wobbly feeling disappeared. I still had the usual lightheadeness but I felt much calmer. My questions are (i) is it alright to take this much sea salt per day? (ii) What does this tell you about what it happening to me? Here is my tablet schedule : T3 112.5 µg per day 25µg at 7 am, 11 am, 3pm, 7 pm and 12.5µg at bedtime (usually 10-11 am) HC 35 mg per day 12.5 mg at 7 am, 7.5 mg at 11 am, 5 mg at 3pm, 7 pm and bedtime (usually 10-11 am) 2400 mg of potassium at 9 am My pulse at resting is 80-85 Temps fluctuating still after recent raise of 6.25 µg MacG.
