Hypothyroid affects adrenaline output?

I'm increasing t3 very gradually, and I feel my hc is good enough level now.

yet certain times of the day I feel shakey/hypoglycemic. I check blood glucose

and it's fiine (102 range), so it's not hypoglycemia. I check temps, and they're

fine (98.2). I check pulse and it's fine too (84)

I get the sensse it's adrenaline being pumped out. In order to stop the

adrenaline I'd need to increase my hc again? That would be too much hc for me.

When I increased from 35/4/50/60 hc to 90 hc this shakiness disappeared and at

some point I felt low/high cortisol symptoms (they're both the same symtoms,

right?), and my infection had cleared, So I began to decrease the hc but now

the shakiness is coming back.

I am more reactive, my brain is slow as molasses, and I know I will feel better

when my t3 is at optimal levels. Right now I'm taking 60 mcg. (increased from 55

three days ago).

#1 is there a way to know if it is indeed adrenaline causing the shakiness and

anxiety?

#2 if it is adrenaline, what do I do about it?

#3 if it is not adrenaline causing me the anxiety and hyper feeling, what else

might it be?

thank you so much!
