Hi, Rain. I must tell you that I made eggs and tomatoes today for breakfast and I did not add salt. OK, salt was in the beans that I added, but I am beginning to enjoy food as it is. Wonderful freedom to enjoy the real taste of food! Tai

Me too! I used to not spend time or money on my hair, but now I wouldn't go without it! I've learned that about a lot of things though - about quality. I value my things, and myself much more if I put time and money into them.

And actually, this is true with food as well. I've learned to only eat quality food. It tastes so much better to start with, but also I think it helps me to savor it when I'm eating it and therefore remain conscious.

I used to be the same way in that I hated to spend the money getting my hair cut and styled and I would go 6 months to a year between cuts. But I changed my way of thinking. As Loreal says "I AM WORTH IT!"I love going to get my hair done. My hairdresser is like going to visit my sister or a really good friend. It's almost like therapy time. And it's time for just me and no one else (important if you have kids and a family) And it makes me feel so beautiful to keep up on my hair. And you are too. I know times are tough for a lot of people, but take the time to get your hair styled on a regular basis because you are beautiful and you are worth it! It will make a difference on how you think and feel about yourself if you find a style that you feel good about and you keep it up. Often times you can go to a cosmetology school for much cheaper than regular salons. You would be saving money and helping someone

learn their trade. Just my thoughts.Alana<Even though I hate to spend the money and time going to the hairdresser, it made a world of difference.>
