Thank you, Marie. I went to the US Govt Nutrition site to check all the ingredients - except the beans - and the carb count per serving I figured was 3.7. But at 6, it is still quite low. :~)

what does R-T-C mean?

and

is there a way to put a recipe into MC without typing the whole thing???
