Guest guest
Thank you, Marie. I went to the US Govt Nutrition site to check all the ingredients - except the beans - and the carb count per serving I figured was 3.7. But at 6, it is still quite low. :~) -----Original Message-----From: Marie Sent: Tuesday, February 20, 2001 9:29 PMTo: AtkinsChallengers Cc: mc-LowCarb Subject: Re: White Chile * Exported from MasterCook * Creamy White Chili Recipe By : AC list by 02/20/01Serving Size : 7 Preparation Time :0:00Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method-------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C -- 1/2 inch cubes 1 medium onion -- chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 14 1/2 ounces chicken both 8 ounces green chiles -- canned 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup whipping cream In a large saucepan saute chicken, onion, and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Guest guest
Marie, thank you so much for running this through MasterCook. It looks good. Especially for the cold days we're having right now!!! A couple of questions: what does R-T-C mean? and is there a way to put a recipe into MC without typing the whole thing??? Thanks!
