Do your 3 shots equal 3 weeks? I am curious because I am taking a

trial drug that I think is similar to Enbrel bit it is in an oral

form. 3 pills a day but I have only been on it for a week. I think

I have less fatigue but it could be the placebo effect.

The only reason I think it may be the real thing is that I have

heartburn and some other unusual (to me) minor symptoms. Usually,

with Nexium and the Nsaid I do not have heartburn and it is a listed

side effect.

I know it works really well for a lot of people.

Enbrel and the other biologics are proteins that would be digested if exposed to the stomach. I have heard of efforts to coat them so they pass through the stomach and are exposed in the intestines. I have not tried to follow this so I don't know the status of it. God bless.
