Guest guest
I've also noticed that if I am too hungry at night, I cannot sleep well. Therefore, I attempt to eat enough for my evening meal. I do try, however, to be careful before I go to sleep, because I can have the food go right into my throat while I'm sleeping, which is a very uncomfortable feeling, and that wakes me up instead. Guest guest
Yes I have to watch for reflux and am on medication. I take some tums at bed time and sleep with my head elevated. Guest guest
Yes, Sandy, I have to be more aware of what I eat that causes that awful feeling during my sleep.
