I know not all of you are Christians, but I read this proverb today and I thought it could provide some " food for thought " for any one dealing with Intuitive Eating:

Kind words are like honey—sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.Proverbs 16:24 (New Living Translation)Positivity can do so much for our minds and our health. Sort of like how stress and worry take a toll on the body, negative food and body thoughts only set us up for failure in everything. So I thought this was good message to works as " boost " to be kind our ourselves AND others!

Hey Casey,

Thank you for your inspiring proverb. I am a Christian and I've been reading

some of Proverbs to deal with my feelings instead of turning to food.

Actually if you have any in particular you could point out to me or other

readings you've found helpful I would be much obliged.

thanks!

Hi - I don't have any that currently come to mind (other than the ones I already shared), but when I come across something in my regular bible reading I'll be sure to share!
