Tai, I'm 60 and feeling more like it than I want to admit. My back has always

been a weak point for me but I work (Built an adobe house laying 30# bricks!)

with it unless it totally prevents me. And it does bug the heck out of me that

it 'takes too long to get smart' - especially with something so elemental as

eating! I am just very happy that I have found IE which is enriching my 'senior'

years rather than having my remaining time clouded with irrational diet

concerns.

How about using your sore feet towards your IE efforts? Perhaps if you take some

minutes to rest with your feet up before you eat - could that become a pleasant

association as well as way to honor your self (body)? Finding a way to make

'lemonade' when we are up to our necks in 'lemons' helps us better than

puckering up and forcing something sour down ;-)

And Thanks! for reminding me I'm past due to have a pedicure. So got to use some

of my care efforts on myself too.

ehugs, Katcha

IEing since Mach 2007

I were thinner because my feet would not hurt so much, but I'm getting happier

as I get older, even though I am well aware that eventually something's gotta

get me. Tai
