Although I really like and " get " the idea of slowing down and eating intuitively, when I'm stressed/lonely I just binge. Sure, had I slowed down and eaten just 4 bites of mac and cheese, I probably would have been satisfied. However, it's so much more satisfying to scoop it all up and shove a pitchfork full of Amy's cheddar and shells into my mouth. This is a stressful time - culminating in me putting my cat of 20 years to sleep 2 weeks ago. Anyone else have these struggles? I really need to get back on the program. Thanks everyone!
