They are going to be " little people " about 4 feet high. I sent back a message saying that I hope she is ok, and that I hope the boys will have a good doctor who has experience with this disorder. I figure she will call me if she wants to talk. I feel so sorry for those kids. Morquio Syndrome is a rare metabolism disorder that causes bone deformities, heart problems, as well as a range of health issues, and both kids have it. There is no cure. As it is a recessive genetic disorder, both my sister and the father had to have the gene, so Im going to go and get tested for it too, just in case.
