Guest guest
We use MRM - COQ10 w/L-Carnitine. For some reason we did other brands (together and separately)and it seemed like we were wasting our money. This brand seemed to hit the nail right on the head -- but as Toni would say (LOL!) running and ducking for cover! the ingredients aren't great. (I didn't care at that point, I am not sure I am supposed to say that, but really, I didn't care and I needed SOMETHING. I got the idea from a bodybuilding forum -- and all the guys raved about it.) We went from eating like birds to eating like HORSES! (All good stuff, of course!) laura > > So, what's the best brand? My son has been taking Kirkman's hypoallergenic for over a year. I'm just wondering if there is something better out there. :-) > > Thanks! > > >

Guest guest
We bought the MRM stuff on 's recommendation, and occasionally use it. We are also using Nano CoQ10, I think the company is geneceutical something or other. It's 24 hr timed release, 100 mg. Our doc wants my daughter on 200 mg / day so I also found another I am going to use. It's actually Kyolic; going to give it 3 times a day with meals. So we will actually be at 190 mg/day. Â So, what's the best brand? My son has been taking Kirkman's hypoallergenic for over a year. I'm just wondering if there is something better out there. :-) Thanks! -- Toni------Mind like a steel trap...Rusty and illegal in 37 states. Guest guest
It is a brand name, like Jarrow or Kirklands. I think the name of the company is Metabolic Response something or other.
