Guest guest Posted February 21, 2001 Report Share Posted February 21, 2001 Hey all! Ok so i have been back atkin'sing since last thursday, after my bout over V-day. Staying probably under 20 or so...bascially i have eggs & bacon for breakfast and usually chicken salad (mayo & celery and chicken of course) for dinner. Sunday i had a protien bar for lunch, but didn't really eat lunch. The problem is i am gaining!!!! like sunday, i had what i said. monday i had the same, with 3 saltines and about 3/4 of peanuts. and yesterday i had the eggs, bacon, etc...and about 1/2 of of smoked almonds, which according to the can as 4 g per 3 tbsp and dietary fiber is 3 g and sugars is 1 g.
