Guest guest
I've had a couple of realizations in recent days. First, I don't know why I was clinging so tightly to the habit of weighing. I haven't weighed this week at all (it was a daily ritual) and it's OK. Not weighing feels like I have let go of some sort of security blanket? I was really resistant to trying to get rid of the scale and now I find I'm fine without it. Some comment somewhere, here or in one of the IE books struck me sufficiently to stop using the scale – I have no idea what it was, or I'd pass it on, because I feel more free. Second, it appears that the best way for me to avoid feeling over-hungry and rummaging for food at night is to have a substantial lunch. Is that true for others? It's so real for me that I'm seeing lunch as the important meal for me. Th..that's all Judy
