Guest guest
In order to motivate myself to move more, I've done the Wii Fit every morning for the past month. There is a body test you can do which gives you your BMI and two short exercises which are used to calculate your Wii Fit age. You can see your weight if you click on the weight button. At first I just looked at the BMI since it is just a number to me and I don't have an emotional attachment to it. Of course, if the BMI is up I know I've gained some weight. Lately I've been looking at the weight. I find that the weight seems to randomly go up and down. It really doesn't correspond to my diet and exercise. Of course, the board is not left in place so that is a factor in the fluctuation. This morning, I was up 1.6 kg which is 3.5 pounds. In order to gain 3.5 pounds I would have to eat an excess of 12,250 calories in one day. Of course that is ridiculous. Yesterday I did a lot of walking and ate moderately. It was very hot and I drank a lot of water. I find that the number on the scale is losing it's power. Carole
