Dear ...Thank you for this great article. Fatigue is something that

has bothered me a great deal. I remember the days I could chop wood all

day and feel the most WONDERFUL type of physical tired & satisfaction.

This RA etc. ongoing fatigue is so different...it's a tiredness that

feels icky, annoying, like there are extra weights on all my limbs.

Sometimes I have to lean my head on my hand cause I can't hold it up.

Sometimes I can't hold a cup very long, or write more than a couple

sentences. I get discouraged cause I see things I want to do so badly,

and I just don't have it in me.

There's so much to learn about all this. Thank you for this important

information.

Hugs of Hope...

Tess

Hi

that was a very good article....i especially liked the fact that it points

to the fact that it is random coping...one day it is this and the next it is

that so that your mindset is always in overdrive trying to accommodate the

fact that it is the master..and as much as we try to navigate one day the

next is a potpourri of new symptoms....that is what i find the hardest at

least for me...never knowing that oh today i will have severe pain in my

elbows..but 10 more plus the elbows or 5 minus the 10 i had yesterday..

thanks for the article...i still need to address the depression aspect...i

just withdraw into silence and aloneness then trepidly step out again til

the next set back of emotions...

and fatigue and mastering the art of not being master..

i saw a new doctor on monday...he is the type of doctor as he said that

fixes what others cant figure out....he had the kindest blue eyes...told me

to call him andy...and gave me an hour of time...he was the first person who

ever asked my husband and i about our whole well being and the devastation

this has had on our life...then he left me to change into the dressing gown

and asked my husband and myself if we were glad we were in this together...i

said yes...so very quickly for i could never fathom anyone saying to me my

hands hurt or i am fatigued without experiencing it myself...for the first

time i know he will seek and find answers...for i knew finally after a two

year journey i had landed in a place of harbour...whether treatment is

available for what we have he will truly embrace our illness...his

compassion was something i will always treasure in a doctor...

i am maudling...so sorry...

so much research in this group...so many articles...so much to absorb as the

journey continues and each day an adventure that the admission price is to

great for me...

hugs all

sam

Thanks for the great article, . I am having a

flare at this time and the fatigue, always present, is

much worse now - I just want to lie down and do

nothing. This article hit the nail on the head as far

as this bizarre fatigue is concerned - tired of being

tired is one of my main sayings anymore!
