Guest guest Posted July 31, 2011 Report Share Posted July 31, 2011 Hello, I have been IE for a while in the past, through my last pregnancy which was perfect(and my beautiful baby boy too ) who is now 2 years old and now I am suffering from chronic yo-yo dieting again. I need to stop that because it is distressing me. I really want to get back on track and stop obsessing about dieting and food. I am a bit overweight (IMC 28) but I carry it well because I am tall. I am healthy and have zero health problem except the diet obsession! I change diet every week or every three days, followed by a couple of days of really bad nutrition. I really need to stop that. The worst part is that dieting threaten my sobriety - I am an AA member since march. Any advice would be appreciated.
