Hi ladies. Sorry I didn't get a chance to go on-line yesterday.

I did great yesterday until dinner :(!

Breakfast - low fat high fiber cereal w/ skim milk

Lunch - Turkey ham sandwich on low fat high fiber bread w/ mustard and

steamed broccoli.

Snack - nectarine and a hand full of oatbran pretzel nuggets.

Dinner - we went to dh's grandma's so I had no control over the menu

(and no will powere I might add ;)!)

1 barbequed spare rib

1 serving of mashed potatoes

2 servings of green beans

baby carrots

1 slice of bread w/ margarine

1 glass of milk

now for the bad part - shared 1 1/2 slices of blueberry pie w/ icecream

w/ Ross AND had 2 oreo cookies. OOPS!!

Oh well, today is a new day right?

Today:

Breakfast : 1/2 whole grain bagel and an apple

Lunch: Smart ones baked potato w/ broccoli and cheese sauce

Snack: soy nuts and water

Dinner plan: 2 slices cheese pizza w/ mushroom and tomato (no meat) and

veggies

skim milk

Good luck tomorrow ladies. Here's to positive results for all (although

after yesterday I don't deserve any ;)!).

Kendall,

We all gotta make our mouths happy though, right??? I've always heard

that with diets, allow yourself a little splurge every once in a

while. If you don't deprive yourself completely, it will be easier to

stay on track. I don't know if that is true or not. I have a friend

who did Weight Watchers last year and she allowed herself a treat once

a week. That way, she had something to look forward to and not feel

so deprived. She lost 20 pounds and has kept it off!
