I was wondering the same thing after having

my RA appt yesterday. My tests from last month showed that my sed rate

is up to 25 *shrugs*. Medications are staying the same for another 6

weeks which means my prednisone won't be decreased until at least the

next appt. :-(

Hello everyone! Does anyone know of a website or information on the sed rate and c reac test ranges? I think I got good ranges today, (much better than the last couple of times anyway), but wanted to see what normal, high, and low are.

I think the C-reactive protein is supposed to be below 1. My doctor

was happy when I got to .8. Don't quote me on that but I think that's

what he said.

Diagnostic Tests in the Rheumatic Diseaseshttp://arthritiscentral.com/html/testslab.htm This site won't tell you what "normal" is because that varies by lab. It will tell you what the test is for:http://www.labtestsonline.org/
