I also belong to a support Group for the adult children of narcissistic pd

parents ( " ACONs " ) and the news that the upcoming DSM-V will not include a

separate classification/diagnosis of " narcissistic personality disorder " has a

lot of buzz right now.

One of the posters there named " Hopeless " wrote in response to another poster's

concern over the elimination of the disorder:

" Congratulations! You are no longer an ACON. Your parents are just assholes. "

Made me laugh!
