20 minutes bike

1/2 hour treadmill

1 quart water

Bacon - eggs with ranch 7

1 quart water with am supplements

steak with 2 T ranch 2

salad with 2 T ranch 9

Grilled shrimp (4 of them..are there carbs in shrimp??)

diet coke

lesure walking 1.5 hours downtown (not counting this as exercise though)

8 oz water

total exercise 50 minutes

total carbs 18? + the shrimp..cant add up to more then 25 though

total water 72 oz
