Hey Guys and Gals,

Just wanted you to know that I made the zuchinni noodles this weekend and they

are GREAT! To be honest, I didn't think I'd like them, but I had a hard time

staying away from them. If you're sensitive to raw food, be sure to cook them

longer than the recommended 25 minutes. I did have trouble digesting them

because they were too raw. The recipe is in BTVC.

Enjoy!

You can make zucchini noodles in several ways. Peel them with a

vegetable/potato peeler and then continue to make long thin strips or turn them

horizontally after cutting them in thirds and do them on the slicer blade of the

Cuisinart. The Cuisinart makes wide strips that look just and taste like pasta

noodles and are especially good in lasagna.
