Hello to my favorite group.. I have no results today.I wasn't able to

go to the appt. We are having a family crisis so I had to postpone my

appt. The good news is that if it were something bad..I'd know it by

now..Thanks to all who were thinking of me and mailed me letters.I

really appreciated that.This group has been blessed with alot of

I sent you an email on Monday night, before I went away for a few days,

but it doesn't seem to have gone through so I am trying again. I got a

good report from the doctor on my tests. Quantative pcr was 0.03, down

from 1.3 last time. The marrow tests failed, but he doesn't intend to

repeat them at this stage as the other result was so good. I think I

qualify for your zero club(nearly) Sorry you had to read my results on

the list, I don't know why your email didn't go through

Hi Donna,

It is not clear to me as to what test was run. If they looked at 300 cells

and found 11.1 % pH+ then it sounds like a FISH test. This would be an

excellent result because the FIAS test always errs on the positive side.

If they looked at 5 cells and found 3 of them pH+ then it sounds like a BMA

test. This would be odd because they always look at a minimum of 20 cells.

The preliminary cytogenetic test shows most of the cells have the

philedelphia chrosome present.
