Guest guest Posted July 25, 2011 Report Share Posted July 25, 2011 Tai, there are so many 'interesting reports' that seem to 'lead' us towards what they claim are 'healthier' ways. I stopped reading these in favor of returning THE authority for my body back over to IT. Continually jumping through this hoop and that ring is like chasing a rainbow to me. I get more out of eating what pleases my body and moving as it directs me to. If I am uncomfortable bending over I can choose to do something about it in a way that suits me. Listening to the 'oughts' made me crazy in the first place! Best wishes in finding your own IE way.
